Before Shipment

After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may still return it following our Return & Exchange Policy.

Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is made within the allowed time frame, a full refund will be issued via bank transfer within 1 to 2 business days.
